It is with great sadness that we have to report that Ron, G6GHP, passed away on Friday 9th. September 2011.

He was a very keen and enthusiastic ATV operator and the first Chairman of the KTG. He will be sorely missed and his loss will inevitably have a major impact on ATV in Kent.

SUBSCRIPTIONS 2011

KTG subscriptions for 2011 are now being accepted. The rate is the same as last year, £15 and £7.50 for a second member in the same household. Some members are kindly including an additional donation with their subscription.
Cheques should be made payable to ‘KENT TELEVISION GROUP.’

Hi from near PARIS,
Just to tell you that I received your KENT TV Repeater GB3KT  P3 and in
colour here at about 40 km east south-east of  PARIS in JN18JR.
 
I live at about 2 Km of the SHF beacon F5ZBM on 1296,847 MHz (location :
FAVIERES  JN18JS).
 
Normally I can't receive any UK repeater because the QRM  coming from this
beacon.
 
By chance this machine is cut-off for two weeks.
 
My best 73's to you and all the members of your group.
